In the woods above "Fontenoy le Chateau" can we find this meadow where deer fighting and reproducing. It is surrounded by needle and deciduous forest. One Part of the vegetation was affected by a parasitic conifer, but they have cut it and now grows and flourishes it more spontaneously then ever. Many copses and about 30 acres off oaks.
The parcel is located within walking distance of the town of Fontenoy le Chateau .Het was founded in the 11th century and protected by a dike that once put open, the area immediately was flooding around. In 1635 during the Thirty Years war, Fontenoy le Chateau has been expanded, and its defense ramparts deteriorated. Some remaining walls and a keep rise still proud of the hills, where we have retain a nice view over the middleeach town and its small marina. There are shops and restaurants.
On the meadow we can't building a real house, but built a small structure in wood may be.
